A dental implant is a small titanium screw which is placed in the upper or lower jawbone. The implant acts as a root to support crowns, bridges or dentures which are intended to replace one or more missing teeth.

The dental implant process usually take between 6-8 weeks from start to finish (but can take longer).

We aim to make your implant procedure as pain free and comfortable as possible. You will be given a local anaesthetic to numb your mouth and if you are particularly nervous about dental treatment let us know as we may be able to offer dental sedation to help relax you.

You may feel some discomfort when the anaesthetic has worn off, and there may some bruising or swelling. But all in all the discomfort is generally small and we will help and advise you to manage this.

Our fee structure has been carefully considered to reflect our high level of specialist care, state-of-the-art equipment and consistently high results. We pride ourselves on being honest about our fees and we will always discuss and explain them clearly. Following your initial consultation, we will send you a report detailing your individual treatment plan, including any estimated costs. If you want to spread the cost of your treatment, we offer monthly payment plans including 0% interest-free options.

The NHS only offer implants in exceptional cases, for example, if you have lost teeth following a serious accident or suffered from mouth cancer.

If you think you may be eligible, our dentist will need to check if you meet the criteria. If you are not eligible, you can opt to have implants privately with us or we can discuss other suitable alternatives to implants.

The next step is to either complete our enquiry form below or give us a call. We will then arrange a consultation so that we can discuss your requirements, conduct an examination of your teeth/mouth and advise on your options. We will not pressure you into proceeding with treatment, we will simply provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision. We believe we are an excellent choice and hope you decide to proceed with us.
